Our story
Globalised Campaign Welfare Society (operating under the brand Sheboxindia) is a Registered Society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. We were registered in Delhi on 21 January 2010 (Registration No. 68190) and listed on NITI Aayog’s NGO Darpan portal with Unique ID DL/2018/0183783 (Income Tax PAN: AABAG1220E).
We work across women workplace dignity, POSH Act 2013 compliance for 250+ organisations, free legal aid, child labour remediation, supply chain social audits, epidemic & disaster relief, and community welfare across India.

A healthy and hygienic Indian industrial culture, providing a safe environment to women workers, stakeholders, and their supply chain. To support all entities in implementing socio-economic and legal requirements, ensuring all organisations comply with statutory regulations and worldwide client codes of conduct. Our trainers and auditors strictly respect codes of ethics, avoid conflicts of interest, and adhere to national and international standards.
To educate women on Internal Complaints Committee procedures, POSH Act 2013, and safety trainings; motivate institutions to adhere to social and legal regulations; sensitize policy makers and functionaries; and promote government and community initiatives to realize our vision. To deliver active remediation whenever child labour is found in factories or production units, meeting international client benchmarks and diverse global compliance standards.
Undertaking comprehensive programmes for balanced industrial and rural development across socio-economic, cultural, and educational spheres, promoting voluntary civic action. Building an empowered society where women work fearlessly and seize equal opportunities compared to men. We believe awareness must be practical. A workshop is useful only if a participant can later name a committee, file a complaint, support a colleague or speak in a neighbourhood meeting. That is why our programmes mix law, conversation and community presence.
Sheboxindia has trained industrial workers and their families on education, health and safety, labour law, social compliance, and anti-sexual harassment — including Internal Complaints Committee processes and investigations. Our work has been recognised by national and international partners, including an invitation connected with Sedex, United Kingdom.
