Prevention of harassment at workplace
The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 requires every workplace to prevent harassment, constitute an Internal Complaints Committee, and complete inquiry within a defined timeline.
Sheboxindia conducts POSH awareness training for employers, employees and ICC members — covering what constitutes harassment, how to file a complaint, the duties of employers, and the independence of the committee.
